As a form of our social awareness and to increase the level af adaptation to local culture, we employ residents from 12 villages around the mining area. In addition, we also take various opportunities to conduct social activities for residents in the vicinity. This includes PT Ifishdeco gradually providing community development funds for 13 villages around the mining area. In August 2011, PT Ifishdeco provided assistance in the form of the distribution of basic foods to 3,100 people from villages in Tinanggea District. In principle, in line with the rate of growth of the company., PT Ifishdeco also will not hesitate to help improve the welgare of the surrounding community through various forms of assistance or cooperation that is mutually beneficial.
